TERMS OF REGISTRATION
CONTINUING EDUCATION PROVIDER: KATHERINE PARAS, M.S., ATR-BC, LPAT is a Continuing Education Provider certified by New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board (NMCTPB) and New Mexico Board of Social Work Examiners (NMBSWE). Paras’ CEU courses are approved for all licenses issued by NMCTPB and NMBSWE. It is the responsibility of licensees to contact their respective boards to verify both CEU acceptability of specific courses, as well as their board’s CEU requirements as they frequently change. The Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB) recognizes a variety of CEC activities, including those in the areas of professional and mental health counseling. These activities are outlined in their recertification standards provided to ATR-BCs in their recertification year.
PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES: A list of supplies, needed to participate in this online experiential training, will be provided upon registration for participants to purchase. Cost of art supplies is approximately $40. Participants may use equivalent art materials they already have in hand.
COLLECTIVE DREAMING, DIGITAL IMAGES, AUDIO RECORDINGS, ASSIGNED WRITTEN HOMEWORK, and COPYRIGHT: During the trainings, we will make digital audio recordings of our discussions about what emerges from our collective dreamwork and artwork focused on the specific dream recipients’ unanswered questions. Each recipient of the class’ dreaming focus will be sent a digital audio copy of this class discussion, after the course. Throughout the classes, all participants will also photograph their art images made in class, upload them into the Zoom classroom, and discuss them in class. These above-mentioned digital audio and visual files will be saved by Katherine Paras to be used for professional purposes only: for example, in journal articles, books, websites, etc.. Katherine Paras, M.S., ATR-BC, LPAT maintains all copyrights to the audio files, the art images and their digital files created during the training, and the assigned written homework submitted to class. When used by Katherine Paras in professional applications, she will make all reasonable efforts to protect confidentiality. No individuals' names or identifying descriptors of person, location, or history will be used without expressly written permission. Participants maintain all copyright to their text written for class, excepting the aforementioned homework assignment. A participant may submit at the time of registration a written request to exclude use of their images as described above and the request will be honored. This request needs to be sent to info@revisionedlife.com, to the attention of Katherine Paras, before class starts.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs): To receive CEUs for this live, online training, you do not have to take an examination. You must complete the course at 100% in order to receive your certificate for earned CEUs. No partial credits are given for partial attendance. Required are: (1) Attendance of all classes, (2) Completion of an assigned daily homework assignment, (3) Completion of a 200-400 word, written self-reflection summarizing your experience of the homework assignment, (4) Emailing of this written summary to the instructor by the assigned time before CLASS TWO, to be collated with other participants’ summaries, and shared in class, (5) Completion of the course evaluation emailed to the instructor by the assigned time on the day of CLASS FOUR. (6) The Certificate of Completion will be sent to you within two days of the instructor's receipt of the Course Evaluation. (7) Keeping your camera on at all times during classes so that the instructor can verify attendance; permission to have the camera off during class must be for reason of emergency or other acceptable reason.
CANCELATION POLICY: Upon receipt of the course payment and your contact information, your place is reserved. Fee is nonrefundable unless class is cancelled. Katherine Paras reserves the right to cancel if the class is under-enrolled. If cancelled, fee will be fully refunded minus PayPal charges related to instructor’s receipt and sending (reimbursement) of the course fee. This deduction allow course fees in general to remain low.

Email will be used for 99% of course communications. Telephone number will be used only for emergencies. REGISTRANT CONFIRMATION: Following receipt of the registrant's email, Katherine will email to the registrant confirmation and relevant course materials, Zoom link, etc.
